Privacy Policy

• Account details — your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash; we never see them.
• Profile details — the phone number and date of birth you give during onboarding. The date of birth is what lets us send your birthday coupon.
• Booking history — the services, dates, times and coupons attached to your appointments, plus any note you add to a booking.
• Service notes — notes our lash artist keeps about your preferences or sensitivities, so your next set is right for you. These are private to the studio.
• Technical data — a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and the IP address and browser recorded with that session for security.

• To create your account and keep you signed in.
• To take, confirm, reschedule and cancel your appointments, and to email you about them.
• To issue and apply membership coupons, including your birthday and welcome coupons.
• To prepare for your appointment and provide the service.
• To keep our records and meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We share only what is needed to run the booking site, with service providers acting on our instructions:

• Our hosting provider, which serves this site and runs our scheduled jobs.
• Our database provider, which stores the data described above.
• Our email provider, which delivers appointment and coupon emails to your inbox.

Some of these providers operate servers outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives protection comparable to the PDPA. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

We keep your account and booking history for as long as your account is open, so you can look back at past visits and so we can honour your membership benefits. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except for records we are required to retain.

• You can view and update your name, phone number and date of birth at any time on your profile page.
• You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account.
• You can withdraw consent to our use of your data, though we may then be unable to manage your bookings.

We use a single cookie to keep you signed in. It is essential to the booking site and is not used for advertising or tracking. Blocking it will stop you from signing in.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our providers under access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above. Please check back from time to time.
