Terms of Service

Tai Tai Lashes ("we", "us") is a lash studio operating in Singapore at BLK 352 Woodlands Ave 1, #08-741, Singapore 730352. You can reach us at hello@taitailashes.com.

• You need an account to book. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Please give accurate details and keep them current — we use your email and phone number to confirm and update your appointments.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used abusively, or to make bookings the holder does not intend to keep.

The terms below are the ones you accept at the start of every booking. They apply to each appointment you make with us.

Prices and service descriptions shown on this site apply at the time of booking. The final amount can change if the service actually performed differs from the one booked — for example if additional removal work is needed, or you change design on the day. Any such change is discussed with you before we proceed.

We may add, change or withdraw services and promotions at any time. Doing so does not affect an appointment you have already booked.

Every client is part of Tai Tai Membership from their first visit. Coupons we issue — including birthday and welcome coupons — are personal to you, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and expire on the date shown on the coupon. Unless a coupon says otherwise, one coupon applies per appointment.

We may withdraw a coupon that was issued in error or obtained through misuse of the site.

Your appointment is reserved for you alone, and lash work needs its full time. If you arrive late we may need to shorten the service or, where too little time remains, treat the appointment as missed. A missed appointment forfeits the deposit, as does a cancellation or reschedule made with less than 3 days' notice.

Please tell us before your appointment about any eye condition, allergy, recent eye surgery or sensitivity. We may decline to perform a service where we believe it is not safe or suitable for you.

Retention depends heavily on aftercare and on your own lash cycle, so we cannot guarantee how long a set will last. Follow the aftercare guidance we give you at your appointment.

Please use the site only to manage your own bookings. Do not attempt to access other people's data, disrupt or probe the site, scrape it, or use it in a way that breaks Singapore law.

The content on this site — including our name, photographs of our work, and page copy — belongs to us. You may not reuse it commercially without our permission.

We aim to keep the booking site available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend it for maintenance or changes. If the site is unavailable when you need to reach us, please email us and we will help.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that appointment.

As set out in the booking terms above, we are not liable for an allergic eye or skin reaction. If one occurs, contact us immediately and we will remove the extensions at no charge.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms as our services change. The version published here is the one that applies, and the terms you accept when you book are the ones that govern that appointment. We will update the date above whenever we make a change.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
